The Residence at Cannondale

Welcome to The Residence at Cannondale, a new concept in assisted living for seniors in a small, intimate setting reminiscent of a New England Bed & Breakfast. The building is designed to accommodate both couples and individuals with a private bathroom for each bedroom. Apartments include garden access or balconies for added pleasure. Staff is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide housekeeping, meals and assistance with the activities of daily living. All programs at The Greens at Cannondale will be given to the residents, including our innovative, activity-based Evergreen Program for persons with Alzheimer's and related dementia. Residents will also have priority access to on-site Wilton Meadows Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.
