Stephanie Bottex began her career at Wilton Meadows as a CNA in 2006. She furthered her education at Stone Academy becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Stephanie has only worked at one other long-term care facility and appreciates the home-like feel of private ownership.
“Wilton Meadows has been a part of my life for nearly fourteen years! We spend most of our time at work. My passion for the seniors is interminable. I feel supported at Wilton Meadows which helps me to provide the kind of care I aim to provide,” say Stephanie.
Stephanie has been a great addition to the clinical team. Administrator Ellen Casey spoke to Stephanie’s ability with patience. “She takes extra time with residents with difficult behaviors. Stephanie is smart and knowledgeable. I am very proud to work with her.”
Stephanie knows the residents and their routines. She actively advocates for their individual needs. She’s is a leader in the community and listens to everyone’s concerns, making people feel comfortable and heard. A coworker said, “Stephanie is simply a good person and a good nurse.” Her wonderful rapport with residents and their families is evident. She always follows through no matter how small the detail.
Congratulations to Stephanie on her recent marriage engagement! We wish her a life filled with love, joy and fulfillment. Stephanie and her fiancé are passionate about travel. Together they’ve been to Tennessee, California, Atlanta, Texas, Philadelphia, Washington D.C. and beyond. When traveling she can be found snapping photos, tasting local food and experiencing music. Stephanie is grateful to have a work life balance that enables her to participate in providing excellent care for a vulnerable population while enriching her own quality of life through community and family.
