Wilton Meadows Receives Bronze Award from American Health Care Association

American Health Care Association awarded Wilton Meadows with the Bronze Quality Award. The Bronze Award, presented by the National Quality Award Program,  is centered on the core values and criteria of the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program, which is the foundation of the metric-based initiative. The program assists providers of long term and post-acute care services in achieving their performance excellence goals.

Ellen Casey, Administrator at Wilton Meadows with a successful career in long term and post-acute rehabilitative care, can speak to the changes in the industry and how she maintains a high-level of quality at the 148-bed building.

“I am so proud of each member of the highly skilled and caring team at Wilton Meadows.  The entire team nurses, nursing assistants, respiratory therapy, rehabilitation services, dining services, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance and administrative staff are second to none and show a selfless commitment to providing the highest quality care to our residents, their families and one another,” says Casey.

Mrs. Casey began her career as a dietitian and has viewed the industry from all sides and levels of care.  She has worked for large corporate chains, in the non-profit sector and Wilton Meadows which has the best of both worlds with our established Assisted Living community on a campus of care whose owner takes pride in maintaining the beautiful building and campus established in 1988.
