The Greens at Cannondale currently has Full-Time, Part Time, and Per Diem positions available on all shifts. Job Requirements

The position requires a reliable, caring and fun individual who enjoys working with the elderly, and possesses a positive attitude. Greens at Cannondale Maintenance Assistant will work Sunday to Thursday and must work well independently and as part of a team and be comfortable multi tasking. The following are essential duties and responsibilities:

• Perform light maintenance work/ repairs per the work order book or upon reception request. Advanced maintenance functions are completed by our day shift associate while this position involves primarily (but is not limited to):
  • thermostat adjustments
  • picture hanging
  • leak and plumbing troubleshooting
  • remote control programming
  • moving furniture
  • Carpet cleaning
  • Dishwashing
  • Kitchen Utility
• Assist in maintaining a safe, clean and comfortable environment for the residents, guests and team members

• Attend all in-services as required.
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures relating to Support Services
• Report all incidents to management
