Evergreen is specifically tailored for those with memory impairment and dementia. It includes a full range of memory care services in a “gently structured” environment where each resident’s individual needs and qualities are recognized and respected. The program takes into account personal interactive styles, personal history, and important connections to the past.

The all-inclusive cost includes nurse’s aide services for activities of daily living, all meals and snacks (including modified texture diets), medication management, Sunday brunch where families are welcome, housekeeping and personal laundry, outings and trips, and transportation with sitter service.
